You may taste original Moroccan and Parisian cuisine. Appetizers include "Zaalouck" salad (sliced eggplant baked in "Sharmula" sauce). Choose a main course from baked lamb with spices, chicken in special saffron sauce, turkey, mushrooms, rack of lamb, beef in "Harrisa" sauce or several types of genuine Couscous. Another traditional dish served here is "Tajin" cooked in a special earthenware pottery dish of the same name. The dessert list is large and delicious.
