"Mimino" is famous for it's Khachapuri and Shashliks. The Chef has managed to masterfully adapt the Georgian national cuisine to the tastes of Ukrainian fans of Caucasian traditions. The Suluguni, Immiretian, Guda cheeses and Spices are delivered here right from Georgia as well as the sauces: the cherry-plum Tkemali, the pomegranate Narsharab and the fiery Adjika. The Chef roasts the sucking-pig Gochi just like he does it in his hometown Telavi. For each kind of shashlik - whether beef, pork, lamb, or chicken - the chef has his own secret of the marinade. Georgian Coffee served here with the Churchkhela (walnuts in honey and grape juice) and the Samotkhe (prunes stuffed with walnuts, honey, and lemon juice).
