The cuisine is simple and very tasty. There are many dishes which Slavic people traditionally prepare for the feasts. The menu includes herring under the coat cooked of boiled vegetables with mayonnaise, salad Olivier with boiled vegetables and meat and Ukrainian salad with tomatoes and cucumbers. But the local Chef recommends its guests some author dishes from the special Chef's menu.
Bar-menu consists of many original cocktails but it has some traditional ones. There are frozen or crushed Margarita, short drink B-52, hot drink Irish coffee etc.
