In a 17th century house with a rather rustic Flanders interior you will find possibly the best restaurant in Antwerp. Chef/patron Johan Segers is a dynamic character who will personally discuss the choice of dishes with his guests rather than present a menu. Among his many interesting dishes are oysters in a seawater jelly with caviar or fresh crab in a herb pancake with lobster sauce. A good main course is roast pigeon with peas and onions. The restaurant seats only 30 so do ring and reserve your table.
