One of the oldest and most famous hotels on the Riviera is now again featuring some of the best cooking on the Cote under the guidance of Chef Christophe Cussac. You will dine on a beautiful open terrace just above the swimming pool and the small harbour beyond. Expensive but worth it! Do try the Mediterranean sea bass known locally as loup cooked in local Provencale wine. Sommelier Jean-Louis Balla gives good advice on reasonably priced wines.
