The restaurant is situated in a pavilion that is part of the former summer residence of the Duke of Wurtemburg. Some of the specialities that are to be found on the menu are beetroot jelly with tartare, quails' eggs and caviar, a lovely starter. A good fish dish is John Dory in a pastry crust with stuffed flowers of courgettes.
