In the picturesque village of Canneto, in the Oglio Park Reserve by the river Oglio, this restaurant has been owned and run by the Santin family since 1920. Signora Nadia Santin cooks to a three star standard in this remarkable restaurant. She is one of a small group of female three star chefs in Italy. The cooking here is Italian cuisine at the high level — a place not to be missed. Nadia's husband, Antonio Santin, is the owner and also runs the restaurant. He has a wonderful wine cellar with many rare vintages.
