A beautiful manor house in the southern Netherlands near one of the most attractive river deltas in Europe. The owners are Kees and Maartje Boudeling and Mrs Boudeling is the highly skilled chef. A good starting dish is hot Zeeland oysters in vinaigrette or marinated scallops. Other mouth-watering offerings are smoked lobster with caviar sauce and turbot with truffles. The meal tastes even better taken in the garden restaurant. There are 12 hotel rooms if you wish to prolong your stay.
