Some things are too good to be missed. Half an hour (45 km) north west of Barcelona, in the little town of San Celoni, chef/patron Santi Santa- Maria turns out some remarkable dishes. Santamaria was born in this building in a quiet side street and it is not that easy to find. When you arrive you can watch the chefs at work and plan your gourmet meal. The cuisine is predominately Mediterranean which can be best tried by ordering the menu de degustation.
